Fraulein Greiter in Burglengenfeld

Well .. when we picked something up today, her dog first met us and stood next to us. Apart from the fact that there are people who are afraid of dogs or have an allergy, a dog has no business in a café! Your child was doing gymnastics with the shoes on the counter, while Ms. Greiter stood completely overwhelmed in the kitchen. In terms of price and taste, it can be said that the things look cute, but are actually almost always sold out, because too little is baked, the dough of the cupcakes is a bit dry and, above all, that they are very overpriced. One could also work on the friendliness or the communication.

The cakes are just heavenly! Fräulein Greiter has creative and extraordinary delicacies. The cafe has become beautiful after the renovation. If you are looking for something special for coffee & cake, you should definitely take a look!

Pure disappointment I ordered a communion cake for my son from Miss Greiter. It was agreed that we could pick up the cake the day before communion from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the café. When my brother wanted to pick up the cake for me at around 2:00 p.m. (approach from Regenstauf, we even had to drive from Regensburg), he was told that the cake was not ready yet. Ms. Greiter was extremely curt and didn't even offer a coffee or something like that as an excuse. Here I would definitely have expected to be notified if the cake is not ready at 9:00 a.m. Instead, went there for free. We then agreed by telephone that Ms. Greiter would bring the cake to Regenstauf. That worked (albeit only around 5 p.m.). Here, too, Ms. Greiter was very brief. There was no discount. When we were able to look at the cake in peace, we were shocked to discover that the word "COMMUNION" was misspelled on the cake. We had to bring the cake to the location in Regensburg by 6.15 p.m. at the latest. When we made Ms. Greiter aware of her mistake, she apologized and issued an invitation to coffee and cake. She said that we could come back to Burglengenfeld to make repairs. But that was no longer feasible for us in terms of time (would have been another 40 km there and back). When I asked whether there was another way to correct this error (e.g. come to the location ?!), I got no answer. An invitation to coffee and cake is not a sufficient excuse for us. We weren't that enthusiastic about the taste either. Unfortunately for us it was a big disappointment. (First of all, you only have communion once). No further order from us and no recommendation.

Cappuccino not good despite portafilter. A fully automatic machine can do that better. Unfortunately, card payments are not possible even during Covid times. Tartlets were tasty, but no description available. Not a recommendation for the price.

Super cute café and since the expansion even more space to taste and enjoy real confectionery. Great boss with a lot of love for her job. You can also order cakes for a birthday here that simply look great and taste really good.

Delicious! I waited until last minute and with only 6 days notice we received the MOST BEAUTIFUL cake ever. We love everything about Fräulein Greiter.

What a nice cozy shop! The breakfast was delicious and the bread even warm. Especially the scrambled eggs I found very delicious. The coffee portion was more than adequate. And the tarts only, a true eye candy. There is definitely a lot of love inside.
